Cary Atwood is the lead for this event as part of her work with the Colorado Environmental Education Coalition. She'll be working in collaboration with Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory, and of course, the volunteers who really make this event possible. The division of Wildlife is also a valuable partner in this effort.
